Conscientious Objection Watch prepared two separate submissions for the 142nd session of the United Nations International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and for the 4th cycle of the Universal Periodic Review. Both reports provide comprehensive information on the situation of conscientious objectors in Turkey and include recommendations to the government to recognize the right to conscientious objection and to eliminate violations of the rights of conscientious objectors.
